Refunds

At Gift of Connection, all products are made-to-order. This means we don't keep anything in stock.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in less than ideal condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and provide us with a picture of the defective product and proof of purchase. Connect with us via the "Contact Us" page within 7 days of the item's arrival to initiate the refund. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Payment will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of refund initiation. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and integrate the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom made-to-order items means we don't have duplicates floating in warehouses. Once the order has been placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, we do not offer returns or direct exchanges unless the product contains a quality defect. In all other instances, please place a new order for your desired item.
